
Executive Assistant to CIO

About the Role
Our Client is a Hong Kong-based investment manager focusing on Chinese equity strategies. To support the Founder and Chief Investment Officer (CIO), they are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage the CIO's complex calendar, including scheduling internal investment meetings, investor calls, and due diligence sessions

Arrange complex international travel itineraries (flights, visas, accommodations), often with short notice

Act as primary gatekeeper and point of contact between the CIO and internal teams as well as external parties (prime brokers, investors)

Track, reconcile, and submit the CIO's business expenses in compliance with internal policies

Manage office administrative work including filing, document execution, and vendor liaison

Organize internal offsites, investor roundtables, and research calls, including logistics and materials

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, follow-ups and post meeting correspondences
About You
-
Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably within financial services

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Strong communication and interpreting skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure

Highest level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
