Our client is a leading and prestigious global investment company with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Jersey and Cayman Islands. They have been in business since 2014 after successfully spinning off from a major New York-based hedge fund.

They are currently looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Founder and CIO.

About the Role
 

Located in Mayfair, London, this role will report directly into the Founder and provide exceptional secretarial support with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

 

To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and proactive with a strong sense of prioritization, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
 

Job Responsibilities
 

  • Provide a full spectrum of high quality 1:1 secretarial and administrative support to the Founder

  • Act as the first point of contact and provide proactive, timely and effective management of Founder’s daily agenda including but not limited to meeting, appointment and call scheduling

  • Manage complex travel arrangements including flight, hotel, visa and itineraries

  • Travel and general expense management and reporting

  • Develop good working relationships with internal/external stakeholders and their assistants to facilitate effective communication and ensuring smooth daily workflow

  • Prepare and handle memos, reports, documents and correspondence as needed

  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks when needed
     

About You
 

  • A stable working history with a solid 8-10 years of experience as a secretary, executive assistant, in administration or related fields

  • Experience in finance sector and/or buy-side strongly preferred

  • Exposure to MNCs helpful

  • Highly capable, extremely organized and experienced with handling high level executives

  • A strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task

  • Resourceful, proactive and versatile

  • Able to take initiative and work independently with good judgement

  • A collaborative builder’s mentality and willing to help when and where it’s needed
