Previously BYOP, Paw Social is your newest neighbourhood pet bodega located in trendy Tai Ping Shan, offering eco-friendly pet food and supplies while their human companions can stay for a coffee, drink or a snack. More than just a pet shop, we are looking to build a community of pet lovers through also offering a space to socialize, host pet birthdays pawties and for local pet businesses to showcase their products!

Located on Wa In Fong E Lane in Sheung Wan, we are looking for bright, outgoing and enthusiastic pet lover to be part of building our team and community on a full-time basis.
Job Responsibilities
-
Greet customers as they enter the store, build customer relationships by maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed

Provide excellent customer service and experience
-
Performing cash related functions, sales processing – debit, credit transaction, opening/end of day closing related activities and handling general customer inquiries

Managing store social media account and post regular updates on products and events
-
Assisting in monitoring and ordering inventory; replenishing and stocking the shelves when necessary
-
Maintaining superb store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
-
Act as the first point of contact for all events, parties and pop-up related enquiries and assisting with venue bookings and coordination

Other duties and tasks as required by the Founder
About You
-
You like meeting new people, you are enthusiastic, and a very strong communicator

You are a pet and animal lover
-
Tech and social media savvy
-
Able to learn about and convey information on multiple products
-
Flexible schedule based on business needs this may include openings, closings, and weekends

Must be 18 or older
-
Fluent in English and Cantonese
-
Candidates with previous retail and customer service experience along with retail point-of-sale (POS) software is desirable and will be prioritized

Able to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship
