About the Role

They are launching an in-house physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation service with a dedicated, ready-to-fit-out space and a large existing patient base (orthopaedics, sports medicine, post-surgical, chronic pain, corporate wellness) within their clinic.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious, business-minded physiotherapist who wants to build and run their own small clinic from the ground up, with full backing and patient flow from their group.

  • Develop treatment protocols and service packages (musculoskeletal, sports injuries, post-op rehab, pelvic floor if desired, preventative/corporate wellness)

  • Provide hands-on physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to patients (assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, advanced modalities)

  • Manage daily operations: patient bookings, scheduling, inventory, hygiene & safety compliance

  • Integrate seamlessly with our existing doctors (orthopaedics, sports medicine, GP, TCM) for multidisciplinary care and internal referrals

  • Work with our marketing team to promote the service to existing patients, corporate clients and external referrers

  • Track performance KPIs and scale the service (possibility to hire junior physios/assistants as volume grows)

  • Eventually shape the service into a profitable standalone business unit

About You

  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Hong Kong Physiotherapists Board (Part 1a or 1b)

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; strong background in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation

  • Proven hands-on skills (manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription); experience with advanced equipment (shockwave, ultrasound, Tecar, biofeedback, etc.) is a big plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy building something from scratch and are comfortable wearing both clinical and managerial hats

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is an advantage)

  • Experience in clinic operations, marketing or business development is highly valued

  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven personality

What's On Offer

  • Attractive base salary + generous commission structure linked to revenue growth or partnership terms based on candidates network and experience

  • Ready patient flow from day 1 (existing orthopaedic/sports-medicine patients)

  • Fully supported start-up (fit-out budget, equipment budget, marketing support, admin/reception support)

  • Huge upside potential – the faster the service grows, the more you earn

  • Opportunity to become the long-term head of a profitable physiotherapy division
