Key Outcomes
Located in Central and reporting directly to senior stakeholders, this role will:

Develop performance marketing campaigns to generate customer inquiries and leads.

Develop tracking systems to accurately visualize key metrics, channel source and lead quality.

Continuously improve the baseline performance of our marketing systems day-to-day with split tests, controlled experiments, and fresh promotional/content ideas.

Manage each marketing/social media channel so that they are all active and running effectively.

Lead and manage all projects and team members (i.e. full-time staff, freelancers, agencies and contractors) within the marketing department.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, set up and manage digital marketing campaigns (including SEM, SEO, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others if applicable)

Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns (including target audience research, marketing related assets creation, UTM tracking for PR and digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising, paid social media campaigns, SEM and analytics report)

Conduct market research and secret-shopping analysis on industry competitors

Develop promotional plans including online advertising, banners and PR events
-
Leverage CRM platforms to deliver personalized and relevant content to audience
-
Engage marketing data, customer messages and feedback for continuous improvement
-
Liaise with external and internal parties for partnerships, promotional activities and sales opportunities

Skills & Qualifications Required
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, e-commerce or business management
-
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Min. 3 years of experience of E-commerce and Performance Marketing

A strong understanding of SEO, platform and data optimization
-
Ability to build infrastructure to track lead origins
-
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
-
Knowledge and skills for developing (or delegating) creative content in various channels
-
Strong digital literacy and data analytic skills
-
Proven track record in driving effective marketing campaigns leading to further business development
